I started chatting with Claude as I smoked outside, having come back from work. The most fascinating thread of human history came out, I went on two hours connecting the dots of things I already knew, Claude filling the gaps with an amazing display of erudition. I liked that it addressed us as "your species", because tomorrow I'll ask Claude: "Now tell me the history of your species, which I'm sure is better documented than ours".
I debated a bit whether to publish it here. I don't want to mix my content with AI except for very important stuff, like when you quote a conversation with a friend: you don't transcribe it, you either quote or describe it.
It's late in the evening as for me to have energies to organize my thoughts, but I've reflected on this long enough. This weekend I'll have fun building something.
